United StatesI purchased this to give my wife on our wedding day since she loves Tangled and jewelry on the more minimalist side of design. I've bought her other themed necklaces in the past since a lot of the Tangled ones at the time did not fit her taste, but immediately purchased this one when I saw it as a "new item" 2 weeks before our wedding. The whole necklace was perfect and travelled well, but the hinge of the box was messed up and creaked and cracked when you opened and closed it. It was also not lined up so it closed with each half on an angle. The customer support team acted quickly to get me a replacement box days before the wedding and everything was perfect!
