United StatesI have ordered from this jewelry company before, and know they use Amazon delivery services and they deliver at your door (not mailbox or amazon locker, which my apartment complex has.) Disliking expensive jewelry sitting outside my apartment door, I specifically timed my order so it would be delivered over the weekend. It said it would be delivered on Saturday, so I waited the entirety of Saturday at home to intercept it as soon as it arrived, but it never actually came. It got marked as 'delivered by front door' by Amazon Carriers around 9:20 PM with no knock on my door, and when I opened my door, nothing was there, or in my mailbox. I even checked my whole building and the one next door. I called Amazon Carriers who said packages can sometimes be marked as delivered earlier, but it is still currently missing and I am out the money with no gift for my mother. I either need a refund or replacement as this is stressful and unacceptable. I assume the piece was beautiful, it was supposed to be an Xmas gift for my mother! I may have to buy something similar at Kay Jewelers or elsewhere.
